Job summary

Complete Care at La Plata is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee resident care and nursing operations in La Plata, MD. The role requires Maryland RN licensure and strong leadership in a long-term care setting.

You will monitor patient status, guide staff, and coordinate with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes. The position offers part-time shifts (2nd and 1st) with weekend rotations, no on-call requirements, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: implement and revise care plans, monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: oversee assignments, manage coverage, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families/providers, collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges, maintain record accuracy.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
