Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team. This role focuses on care planning, staff oversight, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

You will supervise scheduling, coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to documentation accuracy. Requires CT RN license and LT care experience; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CT RN license required.
• Prior long-term care experience required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and references.

• 7-3pm Every Other Weekend

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
