Job summary

The Pavilion at Piketon for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee clinical care in our long-term care/skilled nursing facility. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining resident safety and quality outcomes.

This full-time role requires Ohio RN licensure, prior leadership experience, and a passion for geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio (required).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Prior nursing management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee clinical care and lead nursing staff within our long-term care/skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for staff supervision, care coordination, clinical oversight, and resident outcomes, while supporting a high standard of care and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for geriatric care, along with the ability to guide and develop nursing staff in a fast-paced environment.
