Qualifications

• Current State of Michigan RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; Master’s degree desirable.
• One year leadership/charge/supervisory experience in SNF/LTC required; three years preferred.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Computer literacy including Word; electronic clinical documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership on the unit.
• Maintain resident safety and standards of care.
• Make daily rounds and supervise staff.
• Participate in policy development and QA processes.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and weekend supervision.
• Assist in infection control and care conferences.
