Job summary
Fairlane Senior Care & Rehab in Detroit, MI is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to coordinate clinical care on a designated unit within a 24-hour operation, lead an interdisciplinary team, and ensure consistent, high-quality care for all residents with the latest technology. This full-time RN role requires Michigan licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least two years of related experience.

- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in Michigan.
- Current CPR (or CPR-BLS) certification is required.
- Ability to develop personalized care plans and rehabilitation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the nursing team, including direction, assignments, and training.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor care.
- Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as clinical resource.
- Ensure completion of reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
- Promote hospitality and high-quality service to residents, families, and visitors.
