Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and proven leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while managing the nursing staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities on the unit to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and ensure nursing care plans are implemented effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and nursing activities.
