The role requires directing the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under applicable Nurse Practice Acts while coordinating resources and interdisciplinary communication.

The position emphasizes patient and family satisfaction, clinical systems adherence, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in NJ as required for the role.
• Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices is preferred.
