Aristacare Llc is seeking an Unit Manager (RN) to oversee care management for a defined population within an assigned unit or clinical function. The RN will perform the nursing process and coordinate resources to ensure timely, appropriate care interventions and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active New Jersey RN license, at least one year of supervision experience in a healthcare setting, and training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of supervisor experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities
