You will supervise staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure best practices in rehabilitative nursing while maintaining quality patient outcomes and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess, a valid RN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have 6 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility (LTC).
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care management of a defined patient population within an assigned unit or clinical function.
• Coordinate resource utilization, timely and appropriate interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with center's clinical systems and regulatory requirements through nursing processes.
