Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care management for a patient population within an assigned unit or area.
• Apply nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate resource utilization and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
