Katzman Family Center for Living is seeking an Unit Manager - RN to oversee daily nursing unit operations, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating assignments, and guiding a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

CPR, BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with 2+ years in supervisory positions and MA RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN licensure in good standing.
• 2+ years in clinical supervision or leadership.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control, patient safety.
• Current CPR, BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing unit operations, ensuring resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, coordinate assignments and promote teamwork.
• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure accurate medication administration and infection control practices.
• Address concerns, respond to emergencies, and support quality improvement.
