Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to supervise clinical applications and facility operations on a 24/7 basis for the assigned unit. This leadership role ensures nursing services align with policy and resident care plans.

The position requires RN licensure, supervisory experience in long-term care, and the ability to coordinate care with multiple departments while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensed nurse with supervisory experience in a clinical/long-term care setting.
• Experience coordinating nursing services and related facility operations.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing services and facility operations on a 24/7 basis.
• Direct day-to-day functions and ensure adherence to Nursing Policies & Procedures.
• Collaborate with DON/administration on staffing, QA/QI programs, and surveys.
• Develop and update care plans, discharge plans, and resident assessments.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet residents' needs and ensure continuity of care.
