Apploi is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Florida to lead our nursing team and deliver high‑quality resident care. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

You will manage daily operations, develop clinical policies, and foster relationships with residents and families to meet care needs. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of nursing experience, 1+ year in supervision, and LTCare exposure.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.

• Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care
• Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patient-centered care
• Build relationships with residents and families to understand and meet their care needs
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the nursing department
• Measure and drive quality outcomes to meet and exceed care standards
