Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of nursing experience, an active RN license in Florida, and a track record of supervision. CPR/BLS certification and strong communication skills are essential to foster teamwork and drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or eligible
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting
• At least 1 year of nurse supervisor experience
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care
• Manage daily nursing operations and ensure policy compliance
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures supporting patient-centered care
