Job summary

Indian River Center in Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead nursing staff and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards, develop nursing procedures, and foster teamwork while driving quality outcomes and staff development.

Licensed RN with Florida license.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in healthcare.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Long Term Care experience preferred.
CPR/BLS certification held.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities
