Job summary

Aston Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Florida to lead nursing staff in delivering exceptional care for residents. The role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

The candidate will oversee daily operations, develop patient-centered policies, and foster collaboration with residents and families while advancing quality and accountability within the nursing team.

Qualifications

Requires active Florida RN license.
Minimum 5 years nursing experience in hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
At least 1 year in a nurse supervisor role.
Long Term Care experience preferred.
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care.
Manage daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patient-centered care.
