Apploi in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver exceptional resident care. You will supervise daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop patient-centered policies.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN or LPN license, has 5+ years of nursing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and CPR/BLS certification. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid RN/LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
