Aston Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead nursing staff in providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a Florida facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and develop nursing procedures that enhance outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in state (Florida)
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care
• Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
