Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN to oversee an assigned nursing unit under the Director of Nursing. You will guide care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote patient/resident and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading nursing teams, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and managing staffing and performance. A RN license and accredited nursing education are required, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values, policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and therapists to optimize outcomes.
• Manage human resources within the unit, including staffing, performance and disciplinary actions.
