Responsibilities

• Oversee overall patient care operations for the assigned unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to provide high quality care.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet clinical and financial goals and minimize agency/overtime.
• Participate in quality improvement activities within the center or unit.
• Recruitment and professional development of unit nursing staff.
