Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care on an assigned unit. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

The role focuses on reducing overtime, recruiting and orienting staff, and achieving positive outcomes for patients, residents, families and employees within our supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the nursing unit operations and care delivery.
Ensure care aligns with mission, values, policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
