Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an experienced Unit Manager/Director - RN to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care within an assigned unit. You will oversee nursing operations, collaborate with physicians and staff, and ensure alignment with standards and regulations.

The role requires RN licensure and a nursing degree, with responsibility for staffing, performance management, and maintaining patient and employee satisfaction on the unit.

Competenze

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Mansioni

• Lead and direct the overall operations of nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
