You will oversee nursing operations, collaborate with physicians and staff, and ensure alignment with standards and regulations.

The role requires RN licensure and a nursing degree, with responsibility for staffing, performance management, and maintaining patient and employee satisfaction on the unit.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operations of nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with staff and other professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources within the unit including staffing, performance, and actions as needed.
