Genesis HealthCare is seeking an experienced Unit Manager/Director - RN to lead nursing operations on an assigned unit and support the Director of Nursing. The role emphasizes high-quality care, patient outcomes, and satisfaction for residents and families.

You will supervise staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with physicians and rehab staff to optimize clinical results within policy. Based in Pennsylvania with competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Mansioni

• Lead, guide and direct the overall operations, coordination and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit.
• Ensure patient/resident care delivery aligns with mission, values, standards and regulations.
