Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN to support the Director of Nursing and oversee a nursing unit’s quality care and outcomes.

You will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and optimize patient and resident satisfaction while managing scheduling and resources.

This full-time day shift role offers a salary range of $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus benefits including health and life insurance and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct the overall operations, coordination and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit.
• Ensure patient/resident care delivery is consistent with the organization's mission, values and policies and with state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and rehabilitation therapy to achieve positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Manage human resources in the unit, including scheduling, recruiting, assessing performance and disciplinary actions when necessary.
