Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice (Georgia).

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, LPN's, and CNA's
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and teammates
• Other duties as assigned
