Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Georgia is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee medication delivery and resident care, supervising RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids as applicable.

You will perform admissions and routine resident assessments, monitor conditions, respond to changes, ensure safety, maintain clear documentation, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families. A GA RN license is required and LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia (in good standing).
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Complete required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
