Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments with RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs and aides.
• Complete admissions and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure safety and comfort.
• Support activities of daily living and maintain documentation.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
