Harborview Health Systems in Georgia is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing setting. You will supervise delivery of medications and oversee RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

You will conduct resident assessments, monitor conditions, maintain documentation, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. A strong focus on infection control, safety, and compassionate patient care is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of medications and treatments and oversee RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids.
• Complete admissions and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
