Job summary

Harborview Jesup is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN to oversee nursing services in our skilled nursing facility in Jesup, GA.

You will supervise RN/LPN charge nurses, ensure timely assessments, monitor resident conditions, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Active RN license in good standing is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, LPN's, and CNA's
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
