Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Georgia is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise medications and treatments, coordinate with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, and oversee CNAs to support resident well-being.

Responsibilities include admissions assessments, monitoring resident conditions, documenting clearly, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
