Job summary

Aston Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. You will supervise daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive policies that enhance care quality for residents.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and collaboration with residents, families, and the caregiving team to achieve outstanding outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor
• Long Term Care experience (preferred)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care
• Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patient-centered care
• Build relationships with residents and families to understand and meet their care needs
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the nursing department
• Measure and drive quality outcomes to meet and exceed care standards
