Job summary

The University of Southern California Keck Hospital is seeking a transplant coordinator RN to develop and manage outpatient transplant care, coordinating donor procurement, evaluation, education, and post-transplant follow-up across the patient continuum.

You will lead interdisciplinary collaboration, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain UNOS listings, and educate staff and families while aligning with CMS/OPTN policies.

Qualifications

• Req 1 year transplant coordinator experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills (read/write English).
• Knowledge of medical procedures and conditions incl. whole blood collection and apheresis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outpatient transplant care: participate in clinic visits, monitor regimens, review labs, and communicate findings.
• Coordinate donor procurement and recipient prep: maintain UNOS waiting list, communicate with transplant team, manage admission and preop prep.
