You will participate in clinic visits, analyze diagnostic tests, monitor adherence to regimens and coordinate donor/recipient processes in collaboration with the transplant team.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and experience with transplant workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Must have excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of medical procedures and ability to follow clinical policies.
• Experience coordinating transplant-related care and patient flow is preferred.

• Coordinate outpatient care for transplant patients, participate in clinic visits and analyze tests.
