Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• 5 years RN experience in critical care and transplant coordination.
• California RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• CCTC certification within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to case manage all aspects of transplant patient care.
• Knowledge of organ transplantation, immunology, and graft failure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with patients, families, and teams.
• Ability to teach transplantation and medical management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Supervisor for Transplant Coordinators under the Transplant Nurse Manager.
• Oversee daily workflows and staffing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (UNOS, CMS, OPTN).
• Mentor and evaluate coordinators.
• Support quality improvement and interdisciplinary communication.
• Coordinate donor/recipient care across the transplant process.
