Mayo Clinic is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to coordinate care for transplant patients. You will assess patient needs in collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team, and provide ongoing education to patients and their families.

Role requires leadership in quality improvement and adherence to ANA and UNOS/FACT guidelines. Eligible for TN sponsorship; state RN licensure and VisaScreen or equivalent certification must be completed.

Qualifications

• RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Graduation from a ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of care for transplant patients.
• Assess and plan with patient, caregiver, and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family education consistently.
• Provide leadership through committee work and quality improvement activities.
