Mayo Clinic is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to manage all aspects of transplant patient care. The role requires collaboration with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan and assess care across the continuum.

Responsibilities include patient education, leadership in quality improvement, and adherence to ANA/UNOS/FACT guidelines. TN sponsorship may be available; state licensure and VisaScreen or equivalent certification are required for sponsorship.

Qualificações

• RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Graduate of a BSN or higher program accredited by ACEN/CCNE.
• 1 year of clinical RN experience required, 3 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of care for the transplant patient population.
• Assess and plan care with patient, caregiver, and multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families consistently about care plans.
