Mayo Clinic is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to coordinate all aspects of care for transplant patients. The role involves collaboration with patients, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to meet needs across the care continuum.

Strong RN experience, leadership, and education credentials are required. The position includes flexible hours, potential sponsorship, and adherence to ANA/UNOS/FACT guidelines within a comprehensive Mayo Clinic benefits program.

Qualifications

• RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; 3 years preferred.
• Graduate of a BSN or ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team; strong communication and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of care for the transplant patient population.
• Assess data and plan in collaboration with patient, caregiver and team.
• Provide patient and family education on a consistent basis.
• Lead through activities like committee work and quality improvement.
• Follow ANA, UNOS, FACT standards and apply related guidelines.
