Mayo Clinic is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to manage coordination of care for transplant patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, educate, and support patients and families across the care continuum.

Minimum 1 year RN experience with an ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing degree is required; SN/leadership skills and flexibility are essential. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship and may require BLS and credentialing within three years.

Formación

• Graduate of an ACEN/CCNE accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; 3 years preferred.
• RN license by applicable state requirements and BLS certification.
• Must obtain CCTC/CCTN within 3 years of hire; OC(N/CPHON) or BMTCN within 3 years.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of care for the transplant patient population.
• Assess and plan with patient, caregiver, and multidisciplinary team across care continuum.
• Provide patient and family education; lead quality improvement and research activities.
• Adhere to ANA standards, ethics, UNOS policies, and FACT guidelines.
