Job summary
Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Transitional Support Services (TSS) team in Massachusetts. You will provide person-centered nursing care, complete intake assessments, and ensure safe medication administration.
You will collaborate with providers, pharmacies and staff to support recovery, continuity of care and education for patients and families. Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Requires Massachusetts RN license and a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience in behavioral health and post-graduate medical-surgical nursing is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services to individuals in BHN's TSS program.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
- Transcribe and administer medications; maintain medication records and inventory.
- Coordinate treatment with the care team and community partners.
- Educate individuals and families on recovery, health and self-management.
