Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Massachusetts seeks a registered nurse to join its Transitional Support Services (TSS) team, advancing the organization’s mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

You will provide compassionate, person-centered nursing services, perform comprehensive intake and ongoing assessments, administer medications, coordinate refills, and ensure accurate documentation to support safe recovery and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• At least 1 year in behavioral health and 1 year medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to perform comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinate referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to individuals in BHN's TSS program.
• Transcribe, verify, and administer medications; maintain records and inventory.
• Coordinate treatment with Nurse Manager, providers and community partners.
