Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Stabilization Services team in Western Massachusetts.

The role involves conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, administering medications, coordinating care with the team, and supporting patient recovery in a stable, compassionate setting. Applicants should have a MA RN license and 1+ year in behavioral health or medical-surgical nursing, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Massachusetts RN license required.
At least one year in behavioral health or related field.
Strong clinical judgement and ability to coordinate referrals.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to educate individuals and families about recovery and health.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing services to individuals in the CSS program.
Complete nursing assessments and review systems, diagnoses, and vital signs.
Transcribe, verify, and administer medications; maintain accurate records.
Coordinate refills and dispose of outdated medications per policy.
Discuss treatment plans with the team and support continuity of care.
Educate individuals and families about recovery, health, medications, and treatment effectiveness.
