PACS is seeking a part-time MDS nurse and part-time RN Supervisor to oversee the facility's resident assessment process, MDS/PPS, and care planning. You will supervise daily nursing activities and ensure documentation complies with federal, state, and local standards.

The role offers a competitive pay range and requires RN licensure with supervisory experience. The position emphasizes PDPM tools, data tracking, and cross-disciplinary coordination, with responsibilities for training new MDS

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred and must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years or more in a long-term care facility with supervisory experience (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with PCC and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee MDS assessments, PDPM tools, and resident data management.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and staff on tour of duty.
• Provide MDS training to new coordinators and ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
