Job summary

PACS is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the facility’s MDS and resident assessment processes, including PDPM and PPS activities. The role involves supervising the MDS team, ensuring timely assessments, data accuracy, and compliance with federal/state standards.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, 3+ years of supervisory experience in long-term care, and familiarity with PCC. Travel may be required. The pay range is $43.00-$50.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and in good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
• Experience with MDS, PDPM and PPS processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility’s resident assessment process including MDS and PDPM.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new coordinators.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments.
