Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an experienced nursing supervisor in California to oversee the facility’s MDS and resident assessment processes, including PDPM coordination and care planning. The role ensures accurate MDS completion and regulatory compliance while guiding interdisciplinary teams.

The position requires a BSN, active State Board of Nursing status, and prior supervisory experience in long-term care. Proficiency in PCC and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN preferred.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain continuing education.
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred; Long Term Care exp. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility weekly PDPM meetings and tool utilization.
• Track QM and QASP performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new Coordinators.
• Ensure timely completion of MDS assessments including PPS Medicare.
