Job summary

PACS is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the facility's resident assessment process, including MDS and PDPM workflows. You will coordinate weekly PDPM meetings, supervise data entry, and ensure regulatory timeframes are met for Medicare assessments.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school and current RN licensure.
• Good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients.
• Monitor PDPM tools usage and data accuracy.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new MDS coordinators.
• Ensure timely completion of all MDS assessments including PPS Medicare.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the MDS within regulatory timeframes.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
