Job summary

PACS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities during your shift in a long-term care setting. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and coordinate with the DON/ADON as applicable to maintain high quality resident care.

The role requires a current RN license, a nursing degree, and strong leadership. You will participate in QA programs and policy development to ensure safe and effective care delivery across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and an active RN license in this state.
• Experience supervising day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility is expected.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures and ensure compliance by staff.
