PACS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise day-to-day nursing activities in a Florida long-term care facility during your shift. You will ensure care quality aligns with federal, state, and local standards under the DON/ADON guidance.

Responsibilities include administrative duties, committee participation, personnel management, and adherence to nursing care plans to maintain resident well-being. Licensure as an RN and CPR certification are required.

Qualificações

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities are required for managing nursing staff.
• License to practice as an RN in this state is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities during your shift.
• Participate in committee functions and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies, procedures and standards.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
