Job summary

PACS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities in our California facility. The RN will oversee nursing staff during the tour of duty and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, policy compliance, and collaboration with the DON/ADON, with responsibilities spanning clinical oversight, QA, and coordination with other resident services. A Nursing Degree and RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree.
• Must be licensed as an RN in the state.
• Experience with policy development and QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with DON/ADON and nursing leadership to maintain high quality care.
• Assist in developing and maintaining nursing service policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys.
