Job summary

PACS Group in Florida is seeking a RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities in a long-term care setting. The role involves supervising LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and coordinating with the DON/ADON to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualified candidates have a BSN and 2+ years in LTC with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and PCC EHR familiarity. This on-site role includes rounds, reporting, and collaborations with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years experience preferably in a long-term care facility and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge/experience with PCC EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day resident care activities.
• Manage and administer IVs and medication administration.
• Supervise LVN/LPN, Treatment Nurses and CNAs with prompt response to call signals.
• Perform rounds and provide reports to the DON/ADON.
• Oversee development and implementation of care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and health professionals regarding resident care.
• Assist with new admissions and respond to medical emergencies.
• Participate in training and orientation of staff to maintain quality standards.
