Job summary

PACS in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities and ensure quality care across shifts. You will direct the nursing team to comply with current standards while maintaining high resident safety and satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with the DON/ADON when needed, maintaining thorough documentation, and mentoring licensed staff and CNAs. Active FL RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and an active RN license.
• Must maintain CPR certification and re‑certifications as required.
• Experience in long‑term care facilities and supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities to ensure quality care.
• Direct nursing staff, coordinate with DON/ADON as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports for residents.
• Monitor medication administration and nursing procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees.
